Create a Tetrahedron Account

Start in game

First, run /account <email> <password> in game. Replacing <email> with your email address and <password> with your desired password. 
Follow any prompts to make your password stronger. Once you receive a success message, you're done in game. 

Verify email

Go to your inbox, look for an email from Appaloosa. Check your spam folder and refresh your inbox if you don't receive it within a few minutes. 
Open the link to verify your email. 

If you don't receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us. 

Sign in

That's it, all you need to do now is sign in to our Shop or Help Center. You can now use your account for the Shop and Help Center. Enjoy!

Troubleshooting

  1. Did you enter everything correctly? Check for typos, spelling, etc. Passwords are tricky sometimes. 
  2. Not getting the email? Make sure you entered the right email address, check your spam folder, refresh your inbox. 
  3. If something isn't working, please contact us at ask@tetrahedron.io or in-game.
